The linebacker reportedly wants to atop Elizabeth Ruiz from releasing the footage after she filmed them having sex in private on her cell phone.Ruiz, who has more than 300,000 followers on instagram, had offered to sell the tape to Miller to $2.5million, according to curt documents.
The sex tape was recorded while Miller was on vacation in Cancun, Mexico in June accompanied by a few male friends, Ruiz and few other women, When Ruiz and Miller were having the sex, the pair were alone indoors and he reportedly knew she was filming, but asked that she kept the video private and not release it.Later on, he asked Ruiz to delete the video but she replied him with 'Gotcha'
