Exclusive: Derrick Rose refuses to hand over details of his NBA contract and Adidas deal to the woman suing him for rape UNLESS he is found liable for alleged sexual assault

New York Knicks point guard Derrick Rose is refusing to hand over his NBA and Adidas contracts to the woman accusing him of rape unless a jury finds him liable for the alleged sexual assault.

The NBA star, whose contract is worth a reportedly $20 million, has asked a California Judge to grant his motion to prevent the woman from obtaining the details for his reported 13-year, $185 million deal with the shoe giant and other documents until the jury has reached a decision in their ongoing trial.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe, is suing him and two others - Rose's friend Ryan Allen and personal assistant Randall Hampton - accusing them of rape and demanding $21.5 million in damages.

Rose claims was that the group sex between he and the tree others involved was consensual, while the woman says they drugged and gang-raped her. Allen and Hampton also deny rape claims.
